We know. Terms of Service. Not exactly the most thrilling
read. But we wrote this one like humans, for humans so
grab your coffee (or your twin's coffee, we don't judge)
and give it a quick look. It matters.
The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Duo Duds.
Duo Duds operates this store and website including all
products, features, tools, content, and services to give
you the best possible shopping experience (the "Services").
We're powered by Shopify, which helps us make that happen.
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with any policies
referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities
when you use our Services. They include important stuff
like warranty disclaimers and liability limits, so please
read them carefully.
By visiting, using, or purchasing from our Services, you
agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you
don't agree, please don't use our Services no hard
feelings.

of our products but screens vary, and colors may look
a little different on your device than in real life.
We can't guarantee the appearance will match exactly
what you see on your screen.
We also reserve the right to update product descriptions,
limit quantities, discontinue items, or change things up
at any time without notice. We're a growing brand
things evolve.

SECTION 3 · ORDERS

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase.
Duo Duds reserves the right to accept or decline any order
at our discretion. Your order isn't official until we
confirm acceptance and we need to receive and process
your payment first.
Please double-check your order before you hit submit.
Once an order is accepted, we may not be able to cancel it.
If we do decline, change, or cancel an order for any reason,
we'll reach out to the email, billing address, or phone
number you provided.
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our
Refund Policy [LINK]. Our products are for personal or
household use only not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 · PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions can change without notice.
The price you're charged will be whatever is listed when
you place your order you'll see it confirmed in your
order email. Unless we say otherwise, posted prices
don't include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or
import charges.
Prices on our site may differ from those at physical
stores or third-party retailers. Occasional promotions
on our site are governed by their own terms if there's
a conflict between promo terms and these Terms, the
promo terms win.
You agree to provide accurate, complete payment and
account information and to keep it updated so we can
process your orders and reach you when needed.
You confirm that: (i) your card info is true and complete,
(ii) you're authorized to use it, (iii) your card company
will honor the charges, and (iv) you'll pay all charges
including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 · SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We do our best to get your duds to you as fast as possible.
But once your order leaves our hands, delivery timelines
are estimates not guarantees. We are not responsible
for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing,
or anything outside our control.
Once we hand your order off to the carrier, title and
risk of loss passes to you. If something goes sideways
in transit, please reach out to the carrier directly.

SECTION 6 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on our site our name, logo, graphics,
designs, text, photos, product names, slogans, and
the overall look and feel of Duo Duds belongs to us
(or our affiliates and licensors) and is protected by
U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may browse and use our Services for personal,
non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy,
reproduce, modify, distribute, display, download,
or transmit any part of our content without our
prior written permission.
"Duo Duds," our logos, product names, and slogans
are our trademarks. Don't use them without asking first.
Shopify's trademarks are theirs. All other trademarks
on our site belong to their respective owners.
Unauthorized use of our content or trademarks may
violate federal and state intellectual property laws.

You confirm that: (i) you own or have rights to any

We're not required to keep your Feedback confidential,

We may (but aren't required to) remove Feedback that's

defense at your expense, but won't settle anything
requiring non-monetary obligations from you without
your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld).
